Simply Saying

Recently, I read a poem:

For every heart that finds a love,
There is a heart that cries,
For every dream that is reborn,
There is a dream that dies,
For every day of sunshine,
There is a day of rain,
For every hour of happiness,
There is an hour of pain,
For every smile upon a face,
There is a tear to cry,
For every fond hello you say,
There is a sad goodbye...

It's such a sad poem...but, very very true, don't you think? Life is often times cruel and unfair. But in every sorrow and pain, there is a ray of light that comes shining through. =)

Also, today, I came across something that really comforted me:
Isaiah 59:1
Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither is his ear heavy, that it cannot hear.

Thank you Lord for the many things that I have learned and continue learning! :D
